He graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Finance.
Upon completion he went to work for a then small Mortgage company in Del Mar, CA and helped to grow it to the number two wholesale office in San Diego.
During the height, he was accustomed to closing over 20 transactions a month, so he is well versed in the industry as a whole.
